Love this coffee. it's all I drink.

Clearly the other reviewer is unhappy with the service, not the coffee (that they never got). This is by far the best Italian Roast I've tried in K-cup.

Order was placed but shipping confirmation was never sent. After they sent me a stall tactic about a "slight delay" I waited another 8 days. No delivery, no email nothing. I tried calling. They never answer the phone (tried over 10 times). I had to open a support issue. They still would not give me a status on the order. Finally had to ask them to cancel the order and refund. You would think they have great prices... I guess they do as long as you don't need delivery any time soon, maybe not even then!! My suspicion is they carry little to no inventory basically they are "out of stock" on everything until an order is placed then they maybe order and you wait. A big waste of time.
